Monster Mash 2026 Athlete Registration

In consideration of my application and intent to compete in the 2026 ANBF Monster Mash, I agree to the event terms, conditions, rules, class criteria, promoter instructions, venue requirements, and sanctioning requirements. I acknowledge that ANBF is a registered LLC in the state of North Carolina and that disputes involving ANBF terms may be governed under the laws of North Carolina and Forsyth County, North Carolina, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law. I understand that event staff, the promoter, judges, and sanctioning representatives may make final decisions regarding eligibility, class placement, event operations, and compliance matters. I agree that inaccurate information, failure to follow instructions, failure to complete required releases, or conduct that disrupts the event may result in removal, disqualification, forfeiture of fees or awards, loss of prize money, and possible future restrictions.

I understand that athletes must not have used anabolic steroids, growth hormones, diuretics, prescription drugs used for athletic performance purposes, or any other banned substances for a minimum of seven (7) years before the date of this event, unless ANBF rules state a stricter standard. I agree to submit to drug screening and eligibility review. Testing may include polygraph, urinalysis, confirmation testing, off-season review, or other checks at the discretion of the promoter and/or ANBF. All athletes may be polygraph tested, and prize money winners may be urine tested immediately after coming off stage. I understand that refusal to test, failure to complete required testing, failure to sign required liability or drug-testing releases, a failed test, an adverse analytical finding, elevated T/E ratio, or failure to cooperate with confirmation testing may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of the right to participate, forfeiture of awards or prize money, loss of ANBF eligibility, future restrictions, and any additional consequences permitted by ANBF rules. I understand that additional confirmation testing, including IRMS or similar confirmation testing when required, may be at my expense.

I grant the event promoter, Begic Productions, ANBF, event staff, vendors, photographers, videographers, livestream providers, sponsors, and authorized media partners permission to photograph, film, record, livestream, publish, edit, archive, and otherwise use my name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, stage footage, interviews, and event-related media captured in connection with the 2026 ANBF Monster Mash. I understand these materials may be used on websites, social media, advertising, digital programs, registration pages, broadcast or livestream coverage, event archives, promotional materials, future event promotion, and related commercial or non-commercial media without additional notice, approval, or compensation.

I acknowledge that participating in this athletic event sanctioned by ANBF is an extreme test of physical and mental limits and carries risk of death, serious injury, illness, dehydration, property loss, and other harm. Risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, travel, lack of hydration, stage activity, backstage activity, venue conditions, equipment, and the actions or inactions of other participants. In consideration of my application and permission to participate in this event, I take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns to waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may accrue to me, including traveling to and from this event, the promoter, Begic Productions, ANBF, event holders, venue, sponsors, vendors, contractors, staff, volunteers, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and affiliates. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless these released parties from claims made as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence of the released parties or otherwise, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I agree to conduct myself professionally with competitors, judges, staff, volunteers, vendors, spectators, venue personnel, promoters, and sanctioning representatives. I understand that verbal abuse, threats, harassment, intimidation, physical aggression, unsafe behavior, damaging property, disrupting the show, refusing staff direction, or creating a scene over judging or placings may result in removal, disqualification, forfeiture of awards, warnings, suspension, future entry restrictions, bans, and review by the promoter and/or ANBF. I understand that concerns about judging, placings, operations, or event decisions must be raised through appropriate channels, including the promoter or sanctioning representatives. I understand that false, knowingly misleading, defamatory, harassing, or malicious public claims, including social media posts, may result in disciplinary review and may create legal exposure where permitted by law. Good-faith opinions and respectful criticism are not prohibited; abuse, threats, harassment, and false claims are not acceptable.

Alcohol is not allowed at the venue unless expressly permitted in writing by the venue and promoter. Competitors found with alcohol containers or using alcohol in violation of event policy may be removed, disqualified, and/or restricted from future events. Dream Tan and other messy rub-on or non-drying tanning products may be prohibited. Competitors found with prohibited tanning products on their skin, clothing, backstage areas, venue property, stage equipment, or other event property may be removed and disqualified from competing. I agree to follow all venue, backstage, check-in, athlete meeting, stage, pump-up, photography, vendor, and event-day policies communicated by the promoter, ANBF, venue, or staff.

I understand that registration fees, crossover fees, late fees, membership-related fees, and other event charges are non-refundable unless the event promoter approves an exception in writing. I understand that failure to attend, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, disqualification, removal, missed deadlines, duplicate registration, class changes, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with results does not automatically entitle me to a refund.
